Angels among us. It's nearly become too fantastic of an ideal to think of being in the presence of angels as we go about our daily lives. This is in part due to belief systems we've attached to how an angel will appear and to whom.
Some people exclude themselves from these visitations by not “allowing” an interaction with an angel because it doesn't fit the criteria that they've assigned to it. In other words, it doesn't meet their expectations. Maybe they believe that an angel will only appear to someone who is “worthy,” or perhaps they find the idea too fantastic and dismiss it, explain interventions in more “logical” terms. Or, maybe they don't like the idea of angels interacting with them, or even angels at all.
We've run the gamut with books, television shows, movies about angels. Exposure to these story lines has eked its way into our psyche, directed our thoughts sometimes before we can give our sovereign attention to the experience.
I suppose that's why there's an oft repeated adage, wisdom from our elders, that advises us to release what no longer serves us. I like the phrase, “You can't add water to a cup that's already full.”
Although I always protect my client's identity when sharing quantum healing sessions, for this session it was furthermore advised to change details. More important than the particulars of the healing is the message, and that it be made available to all.
This client, who I will call Blue, is young and in a same-sex relationship. Blue's had some longstanding health problems and was curious about past lives. Before we'd even gotten to the point during the induction where we locate a time/space most appropriate to receive information pertinent to the life that Blue's in now, the Higher Self came in, so I just started with the list of questions. Blue learned that the current relationship although relatively new, is with someone who was birthed at the same moment. Not in this physical reality, the physical bodies that they're in now; outside of this space/time, and that the two of them have shared lifetimes of different genders and associations. This relationship now brings closure.
“Blue's wondering about 'talking in tongues.' Blue has done this many times. As I understand this now, this is what people are calling 'light language' nowadays. Can you tell us more about this?”
“It's the same. Blue's always done this.”
“Yes, only recently we learned that a phrase Blue's often said when in pain or upset means, 'God is with me.'”
“Well, Blue hasn't had much luck with healing the problem in the shoulder. Can you help with that today?”
“Okay. Well, are there lessons attached to that experience that need to be identified?”
So now we go round and round a bit. I acknowledge that Blue's been healed during prior sessions, and that in a couple instances when healing couldn't happen during a session it was because the conscious mind needed to incorporate lessons into Blue's present state from abuse as a child and subsequently in relationships as an adult. Blue could not advance until the conscious mind dealt with the experiences and released ties.
Then I got the idea to call in Archangel Michael to help. Blue went from a relaxed, nearly comical state which as how I've become acquainted as indicative of Blue's Higher Self being present, to one of an authoritative air.
“Thank you,” I said, “Am I speaking to Michael?”
“Gabriel?” I repeated, more so to give myself time to adjust.
“Okay. Thank you, Gabriel. Blue has some questions and wants to be healed. Can you do this healing today?”
Okay, now I'm really taken aback. The answer seems unequivocal.
“It serves a greater purpose.”
“Okay, that's what Blue's Higher Self said but I know Blue will want details about this. Can you help explain this, please?”
“Yes. Blue needs to see a surgeon.”
“Is this a doctor that Blue's already seen?”
“No. Blue knows where to go. We've already told Blue the hospital to go to.”
“Okay. So Blue knows that already. Is it nearby?”
“No. Blue knows.”
“Okay. Well, why does Blue need surgery? I know that you can heal Blue now.”
“We are helping. We are taking away the pain. But Blue needs to see this surgeon.”
“Is this because of the people who will be involved?”
“Okay, that makes sense. I know that certain experiences and illnesses are ways of connecting people.”
“So Blue will be healed but needs to go to this hospital and see this doctor, right?”
“Yes. Blue is aware. Blue knows what to do. We've been telling Blue.”
“Okay. Thank you.”
This was a very high energy connection. It's difficult to describe how intense it was other than to say that the voice was so strong that it truly was resounding... I can see how people who've been witness to Gabriel would be taken aback. I thank Gabriel, ask for him to leave and for Blue's Higher Self to return. I am well familiar with Blue's Higher Self and we've developed a more casual relationship. We talk a while, then I go on to the questions Blue has.
“Blue's wondering about the special connection with the moon.”
“Yes. Blue goes every night. Blue asked for help.”
“What do you mean Blue asked for help?”
“From the nightmares.”
Blue, like I said, suffered severe abuse as a child. The severity of the abuse is beyond what I've encountered personally and working as one who founded our local domestic violence center, then worked as counselor and legal advocate, I've heard and seen a lot. Prostituted as a child, beaten and starved, Blue endured horrifying circumstances.
“You mean from what happened?”
“Yes. It became too much, so we sent Blue there. Blue still goes every night. It's peaceful.”
“Blue's wondering about 'past lives.' During our sessions, Blue's never experienced going to a 'past life' and wondering why.”
“All Blue's 'past lives' are in this life.”
Okay, well this is where things become more complicated and it's necessary to broaden our minds – step out of “time” as we've traditionally “kept” it. The easiest way for me to do this, and perhaps will be helpful to others too, is to realize that we've traditionally kept track of the passing of “time” by counting days as the rise and setting of the sun. But what if we orbited differently? What if we were in a space of more than one sun...To keep this to this brief, I won't go into more detail about the passage of time now but will focus on key points of our conversation that followed. It's noteworthy to add here though that this person has been in numerous relationships which has been another point of harsh criticism Blue's received as judgment from people. Blue's joked before about feeling like I have, that we've lived many lives during our current lifetime. Turns out that Blue was right.
“Blue's wondering about some unique relationships...”
“They prayed, Blue came.”
“What do you mean, they prayed and Blue came?”
“They needed help, so Blue went.”
“You mean like an angel?”
“Yes.” And there was that smile again. I knew that there was more information here, but it depended on me asking questions. (This is also an important factor of meditation, prayer; opportunity to clear our minds and be more direct. Be specific with questions that you ask, and don't be afraid to ask for visible confirmations. This allows for wonderful experiences to materialize. There is criteria that our soul families abide by and one of the main considerations is of non-interference so interaction hinges on invitation.)
“Not like an angel though - Blue is an angel. Is that right?”
Okay, like I said, I do want to keep this brief but I got such an epiphany at this moment. It was as if the culmination of all our previous sessions came to the forefront.
“So when Blue was abused, Blue endured that so that those people could release that experience.”
That's what I've learned about domestic violence, pedophilia, etc... is that unless people are healed from those traumatic experiences the abuse continues. Suddenly, a lot of things started to make sense to me.
“Blue came here to do this, to allow the abuse in order to provide healing; to forgive them, release them?”
Now Blue's Higher Self became very quiet and thoughtful, whispered, “Yes.”
This was in fact a dangerous assignment. There was the chance that Blue could become caught in these cycles. It was only forgiveness that prevented that. If Blue had succumbed to hatred, bitterness, anger, and been overcome with ideals of vengeance, or conversely self-loathing, the patterning would have remained unchanged.
“Does Blue transmute energy?” By transmuting, I mean unconditional love changes what we perceive as negative or dark energies just by association.
Again, in just a whisper, “Yes.”
My mind reeled, thinking of all the people who've judged Blue and continue to do so. There are many people who are appalled by Blue's lifestyle, even threaten eternal hellfire and damnation. Yet Blue remains undeterred and is joyful.
“Blue's also wondered about the special relationship felt with Jesus.”
“He is part of Blue.”
“Was Blue here when Jesus was here?”
“Blue is part of him. There is no separation. They are one.”
I am familiar with this as the Christ Consciousness which is becoming prevalent on our planet now. A previous conversation that I'd had with Blue came to mind. Blue told me that despite never being taught about Jesus or the Bible, when scared and then plagued by nightmares from the abuse, Blue had suddenly thought to pray to Jesus and ask for help.
“Blue was wondering about some people that have come into Blue's life lately who passed away shortly afterward. Blue was with them right before they passed.”
“Yes, it helped that Blue was with them. They prayed, Blue went.”
This session ended abruptly with the unmistakable presence of Gabriel returning.
“We are through here,” he announced, “We've done the healing that you asked. Take (Blue) out now! (Blue) must release immediately. The toxins must be released.”
No, it wasn't the healing for the problem that requires surgery, it was for other health issues. I brought Blue out. Blue sat up, ran for the bathroom and when Blue returned, said that the feeling was like the entire body was filled with fluid, had never experienced anything like it.
There are angels among us, giving us opportunities to “play out” scenarios that will benefit goals we've each set for this lifetime. Perhaps you are one.
Lives As Dinosaur & Indigenous Woman;
Teach To Value Earth, Life, Independence
Protect the Earth, value the moments in every day, family is what you make it, take good care of everyone and be strong, independent; these are some of the messages that came through for a client to best assist her in the life that she's in right now, exemplified from lifetimes as a Tyrannosaurus Rex during a time of climatic upheaval and as an indigenous woman whose family had been separated by colonists. She learned that she can expect communication from her guardian angels and soul family to come through nature, especially with visits from butterflies and dragonflies and that she has a unique affinity with water developed from longtime close associations and it will be of great benefit for her to be surrounded by water.
As a Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique practitioner, I'm always surprised by where the journey takes us. When we pull our Higher Selves, our essence that exists independent of our bodies, into the driver's seat, answers, gifts come in amazing, brilliant ways.
This client wasn't suffering from any particular malady, just feeling the pull to investigate.
Curiosity is the most common instigator nowadays as our soul families nudge us more strongly, present fantastic synchronicity in our paths that urges us to recognize the significance and follow our intuitions so that we can begin what each of us intended for this time and space; assimilation of our multi-dimensional awareness.
Life As A T-Rex
The scene opened with the client describing a barren environment; the dirt was red, mainly rocky terrain and high cliffs and rock ledges. There was only one tree.
She said she felt very big and strong. “I have claws. Four claws on my feet,” she said. “I have scales. I am tannish, orangeish. Very big. My head is large and heavy.”
She said she had a large chest, she was very strong. I asked her gender. “I am male,” she said.
As she described what she looked like, how she moved, it was as if her whole persona changed – became bigger, stronger as she related what it felt like to be in this body. Although her voice was still light, it carried a greater magnificence, a more commanding tone of speech.
He was concerned, said that things didn't feel right. There had many changes. He was thirsty, so I told him to go get a drink wherever he usually goes. He went to a stream and I told him to look into the water and he will be able to see himself clearly in the reflection of the water and be able to describe his features to me.
“I have yellow eyes. My skin is scaly.” He says that he is young, seems very proud of his appearance, his strength. I ask the usual questions to better identify the area and learn about his family, community.
“I am on Earth, feels like South America.”
We go back to the cave where he lives with his older sister. “We can't find food, we're hungry. We don't know what we'll do. Something sad is happening to the earth... I feel like it used to be a lot more green now it's more like a desert. We are struggling.”
He is sad that his parents never returned after there was a loud noise that frightened everyone and they all became separated. He does not know what happened and during our discussion, he determined that it sounded like it was most likely either that a meteor landed or a volcano erupted. The change was sudden and caused extreme devastation. We move back to a time before things changed.
His demeanor immediately went from morose and disoriented to happy.
“More of a forest, very tropical. More younger ones like me. There's my mom and my dad and I have seven brothers and sisters. We're in the forest.”
“Do you know what you're called? What your species is?”
“Dinosaurs. We walk on two feet but some walk on all four. There are different ones around us.”
“So this is a good area that you're in, you have a big family, big community.”
“Yes. There are trees, water.”
“We're going to move ahead, see what happened. There was a big change over the land and your parents had to leave and left you and your sister. Tell me what happened.”
“I feel like we heard a loud noise...Everything crashed.”
Life for him and his sister changed dramatically after that. Without their parents and siblings, they remained in the cave that they'd been raised in. Food became more scarce and then water. The earth became dark and cold. Eventually his sister couldn't walk and died. He left the cave, knowing that it wouldn't be long before he succumbed to the same fate as his sister. He wasn't afraid to die and welcomed the relief from the misery.
I asked him, reflecting on that life, what he'd learned, “To take care of what's around me. To appreciate every moment of life. Don't take for granted the earth, it can change.”
We moved on to a new scene. She described herself as an adult woman.
“I have very tan skin, long dark hair,” she said. On her hands and face are marks that she drew on herself in white paint. The markings represent sacred symbols of her tribe and were done in ceremony. She lives in a teepee with her husband and young son and newborn daughter. This is a good life. She is happy. They have plenty to eat, drink and she spends most of her time doing crafts; mainly bead work. Her job is to make shoes for everyone, a skill that she has learned from her family. She enjoys doing this and is very good at it.
We go to an important day and her face immediately clouds over and she looks distraught. White men with facial hair have come to the village on horses.
“I'm scared,” she says. Her husband is not there, she is trying to protect her son. Her daughter is on her back. “They only take the men. I'm screaming. They're using force. One man has a gun and he keeps pointing it at us.”
All the men are taken from their village and she never sees her son or her husband again.
“They think because we are women, that we won't survive. But we are gathering together. They took my son, my husband. Now it's just us women. We need to take care of each other.”
We move ahead, her daughter is now about seven years old. The women are doing well.
“We are walking to a cliff, we're hunting buffalo,” she said. They are still near the area where the original village was but have been in hiding. “We come out to get food. It's peaceful out there.”
“What do you hunt with? Do you have weapons?”
“Spears. Trying to hunt the buffalo, get them to go off the cliff. We had to learn.”
“Have others joined you?”
“No. We're learning how to do this. We are strong women. We have our daughters. One woman had a baby, a son. She was pregnant. She's my friend. She was pregnant when we were attacked. We have one son.”
“Are your grandmother, aunts around?”
“Yes. I feel like we've been just these women for a long time now. We've all become like family.”
We move ahead to another day and the women have been moved off the land and live in buildings. She doesn't like it, she feels confined. Her daughter is not with her.
“We are in a courthouse, I feel like we're trying to do something.”
“Why were you there? What are you trying to do?”
“They won't listen to us. They don't trust us, they don't listen to us. They keep saying no, we're wrong and we don't have the right to anything...There is only two of us (in the courthouse). We are trying to stick up for ourselves.”
“Are they going to arrest you?”
“I think they're going to put us somewhere. That's what they keep saying.”
We move ahead. She and all the women have been moved to a row of houses. She doesn't like it.
“There are people who are very angry.”
She lives there until she dies. She has a long life and is very old. Her daughter, her son-in-law and grandchildren come to be with her.
She is okay with dying, knows its her time to go. She feels satisfied that she was able to pass on her knowledge, wisdom, teachings.
Reflecting on that life, she said that she learned, “You have to fight for what you believe in, for what is around you. Family is what you make of it. Be strong. Do things yourself. It was all about taking care of everybody. We had everything taken away from us. We had to stay strong, stay together.”
We called on her higher self to come in, give a greater perspective of events and how they are relevant to the life that she's in now. I asked why they chose to present to her, the life of the Tyrannosaur.
“The earth. Sudden earth changes to go from abundance to scarcity...To protect the earth. To be mindful of how quick things change and to take care of the earth.”
It was a harsh lifetime to starve to death and lose all his family members, but also one of great strength and power as a Tyrannosaur and at a pivotal historic moment. We released all traumatic energies from that experience and kept what would be of great benefit to the client in her current life.
Life of the indigenous woman shown to her was meant to teach her independence.
“Do you feel that she is in a good position in her current lifetime with her relationships, career, the goals she set for herself?”
“Those lifetimes presented lessons that she can use that wisdom and strengths to incorporate into the life that she's in right now. We are thankful that you've shown those experiences to her. That was a brilliant way to show that. Is there anything more that you want her to know from her soul family, her guardian angels? Do they have any special messages for her?”
“That she is loved.”
“Does she have her guardian angels around her all the time?”
“Is there a special way they communicate to her?”
“In nature. Butterflies.”
“So sometimes if she's finding that she's feeling a little lonely, sad or upset, just reaching out to nature will help, right? And you will send her butterflies?”
“She's also had some unique experiences with dragonflies is that another way you communicate with her?”
“Is there anything in particular that she can do that would be especially good for her?”
“Be surrounded by water.”
A nice follow-up. First thing she saw when she came out of her session was something that had escaped her attention before we'd begun; a picture of butterflies. And the next morning her partner had a unique experience. A butterfly came fluttering, floating softly toward him, then landed on his arm and stayed there for a while. He said he'd never experienced anything like that before.
I consider myself very blessed and honored to be able to accompany people on these journeys. I learn along with the client when we visit these extraordinary places, and bring gifts of those experiences from lessons learned during lifetimes into the moment that is now. Anger, resentment, vengeance, although perhaps justifiable from a “victim” perspective in that moment are the only inhibitors of growth and “gifts” accessible only via experience. Ultimately, once a greater perspective is achieved, attachments from traumas are released and previously unimaginable strengths and wisdom are added to enable transit through a person's current vestibule.
I had an epiphany while I was transcribing this. What she's talking about here, the way that she lived and the things that she learned - what she was trying to impress upon people - is exactly what, how, and why the Sasquatch people are choosing to work with us now. They live like she lived. They have maintained that connection and when they are helping us, they are sharing these same insights she obtained by living a life in balance with nature.
I am a Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique practitioner. This is the second part of a session with a young woman who to protect her privacy, I call "Star." I shared the first part of this session recently; her experience as a member of the Roman guard assigned to protect Caesar.
Here is the story of a woman who described herself as an Earth Mother and the information she received by bringing this experience more clearly into awareness of the life that she is living now.
STAR: I'm in the woods. Deep woods. Very primordial with the moss and the giant trees. The trees are so old, they're huge. They're so strong and powerful. This is such a powerful nature place.
G: So there is mosses, rocks.
STAR: And it has that smell of the dirt and leaves. That great smell. I feel so comfortable there.
G: Okay, so this is a place you have come to often, this place is familiar to you?
STAR: I lived there. I have a house there. I'm a woman.
G: This is your home. You're a woman. Are you a young woman or are you older?
STAR: I think I'm a bit older. I get the impression of like herbs, of herbalism, bottles. I have very long, wavy dark hair, its kind of wildish. Like I don't really care what I look like.
G: You're living out there, are you by yourself?
STAR: Yes, but a lot of people come to see me. I have a lot of social interaction because people come to see me. Because I know a lot about herbs and healing and plants and I am really connected with the animals. I don't eat animals. At all.
G: So you're a vegetarian?
STAR: Yes, I don't eat animals. So the animals know me.
G: They're not scared of you.
STAR: No. And I feel like I have been there for a long time in this one place.
G: Do you feel like you're a human? That you have a regular human body, you're as big as a human?
STAR: But I'm not very tall. I'm not a pretty person.
G: So you're a shorter woman with long dark hair, but you don't put a lot of stock in your looks.
STAR: I don't even think about it. Maybe I do look alright. I don't know, that's not my thing. My thing is the fascination with nature. And the forces of nature. I like to share that with people because the people that come to see me don't know these things.
G: They come to you for information and help?
G: How long have you been here?
STAR: A very long time.
G: Do you feel like you've been living this way since you were first born? Like maybe your family lived here with you to begin with? Do you have parents, brothers, sisters?
STAR: I think they lived nearby. I feel like I grew up nearby but not in the woods, we were in the sun.
Like we were more out- we were outdoor people but my family was more like out in the field.
G: And you came to the wooded area.
STAR: I was a little odd. I was always going off because the woods were nearby. I used to get in trouble for it (laughs) because I was supposed to be doing things. I couldn't help it. I was so fascinated with it. It would always pull me in. I could just look at everything. I was fascinated with every little bit of life. Just how beautiful everything worked together.
G: Do you feel like you had a teacher that talked to you about the use of herbs, how did you learn to use them? Maybe there was a person from the village or your parents that helped you?
STAR: I don't know.
G: That's okay. But you're at the point now where you're living out on your own.
STAR: They think I'm a little strange.
G: Your parents?
Yes. Yes. But they like me, they love me. I think at this point – maybe my parents aren't alive anymore. They loved me but thought I was a little strange.
G: You weren't interested in doing girly things, getting married and having babies...
STAR: Right. Instead of being dirty all the time and having crazy hair, dirty fingernails.
G: Being so connected with the earth. Do you feel like you have any other friends who feel this way?
STAR: It's weird I keep feeling like I have (name's a friend) coming to mind. He's not in any other form but itself.
G: So you feel him around you but he's not in the body that you know him in.
STAR: I see him like he's helping me, we do this together. He's there. He's a part of this. And I'm not alone. He has his own thing. The people that come to see me aren't just random strangers. They're people that I know. They come from the town they travel out there to get help from me because they know I know this stuff.
G: So they're coming if one of their family members is ill?
STAR: I think they also come because I offer wisdom to them because I'm in the woods all the time. It's something about being connected and they don't know exactly what it is. And I don't know even really know really what it is. It is just something that I do.
G: You're connected with the earth, do you feel like it's something to do with the stars also?
STAR: I think it's definitely that but it's more of a wholism thing, like I feel like I understand it more now. I like all of it equally because it's all one thing.
G: Like the balance of alchemy, you're tying it all together.
STAR: Yes, the wholeness of it. That's how I help people. I understand that everything is a whole thing and that's why they get these illnesses because they don't have a sense of the whole thing, they don't feel it.
G: Yes. So like in homeopathy, how you're looking at everything, looking at the energy to see what's lacking. Do you feel like this is something that you spend your whole life doing?
STAR: Yes because I like the people but I don't want to live amongst them because I'm not like them.
G: And they're not scared of you?
STAR: No, I think they might think I'm goofy, you know - funny, odd, but in an endearing way not like a scary way.
G: Like she does her own thing but they appreciate the insight.
STAR: I think they know that I know my stuff. Like, oh, she knows her stuff though so I don't care if she's a bit strange.
G: That's nice. You're in a village that is very tolerant.
STAR: They know me. They have known me for a long time so they know. It's not like I'm new to them so they're not afraid of me.
G: Because they know your parents, your family.
STAR: Yeah, then these are the kids that are my parents' friends.
G: That's nice that you were able to be accepted, and not be threatened, express yourself however you wanted to, right? You could go off into the woods do what you wanted to do and your parents were tolerant of you.
STAR: I feel like maybe somewhere in the town there are people that wouldn't approve of me. They just don't come out there. They pretend that they don't know that I'm there. Maybe they don't like it so much but they don't want to deal with it. And to people that come there, they keep it a secret.
G: So you're somewhat protected?
STAR: Yes, because they know that I really help them but they know that some people don't approve of it. Because I'm kind of a wild woman. I'm not married. I'm not controllable. They might not like that so much.
G: Living on your own you know how to take care of yourself. You don't need to depend on someone to take care of you.
STAR: I live with the land, in harmony with it. I can feel when things are right. I can feel when things are in harmony so I try to maintain that all the time.
G: Because you're interconnected, that's why you don't kill animals or anything like that.
STAR: But I have this man - I don't know if he lives with me. I feel like he doesn't but we do work together.
G: So you have similar interests?
STAR: Yeah and we like each other but I'm not a married person. I won't follow those rules.
G: You're not committed to him in that way.
STAR: Yes, we like each other. We just like each other, so it's okay.
G: He will come by and you can sit and talk with him. Maybe he'll show you some new things and you'll share your things with him. Do you feel like he's someone that you're romantically involved with.
STAR: I don't know. He's just there. I feel like we share a lot of wisdom with each other and it's really intellectual, like a sharing of knowledge. But I really respect it and I value it. Because I'm valued for that, for my knowledge. Not because I have babies or because I do something. I do something different. Like I nurture the community.
G: You spend your time gaining knowledge and then you share it, give it back to people.
STAR: Yes. It's very nice but it's eccentric. I can see the house is like – it's just weird because it's like it's got curved edges. It's not a square house. It's got a lot of bent wood, like bent branches or something and the branches are almost kind of rustic. There's a lot of herbs hanging from the ceiling and all these jars and cool stuff. And there's books in there and stuff that we write down. I guess we write down things when we figure things out.
G: You're putting a lot of information together then aren't you?
STAR: Yes, there's a lot of knowledge there of really good, like earthy knowledge.
G: You're spending your whole life putting this all together, so you're also recording this.
STAR: Right. There's a table with papers on it. So I'm educated, I can read and write but it's a different world where women aren't treated the same. I'm not afraid but I'm supposed to be. I'm supposed to be careful but I'm not being careful.
G: Do you sort of feel like, why should you be?
STAR: I just feel like the knowledge is so important.
G: You have a big task.
STAR: I feel like it's so important to share it, to keep it, and respect it.
G: It's important to keep doing what you're doing and share it with others.
STAR: So that everyone knows that they can have this knowledge. That it's not secret. That everyone should have it.
G: You're not hoarding it for yourself.
STAR: No one should use it for power. It should be free. This knowledge should be free to everyone.
I move her ahead to another important day in this lifetime.
STAR: There's a child but it's not my child. Like a child that's found her way to me. She wants to train with me, she wants to learn about this. She's like me. She's the first that I've ever met like me.
G: So she has the same inclinations that you did, when you were young.
STAR: I feel like I'm looking at myself. It feels good to know that there's someone else that's interested and is fascinated by the same things.
G: Right. And she's probably amazed that you have all this stuff that she's interested in.
STAR: She's like that little tomboy type, just like me. Like she doesn't care what anybody thinks.
G: She's looking around at your stuff and your books
STAR: She just wants to touch everything. She's like, what's this? What's that?
G: You're not afraid she's going to make a mess?
STAR: No, this is good. It's kind of messy in there anyways. It's not really neat, it's like a workshop. It's like a combination of a workshop, a lab and a kitchen.
G: That's how you live, it's what makes you happy. Does she feel like she wants to stay around there, then and you'll let her?
STAR: Well, she keeps coming back.
G: So she doesn't live there, she's just coming to be trained.
STAR: Well, I don't even think of it as a formal thing. She just keeps coming back and we talk. It's very informal.
G: You haven't set up classes or anything like that?
STAR: No, she's just curious. She's curious and fun and she's fun to talk to because she's really feisty and I like that.
G: That sounds good.
STAR: The guy likes her, too. The guy that is like (friend's name) but it's not him. He likes her too because she makes it fun. It's just been us for such a long time and sometimes she says things that we hadn't thought of and it makes us smarter.
G: Because she's giving you a different perspective. And in explaining things to her you're able to sort things out better in your own mind, come up with questions and solutions you hadn't thought of.
STAR: Yes. It was already interesting but this makes it more fun, more playful. Not that I wasn't playful already but I just didn't have people to play with. I was doing healing work. I feel myself being very teasing with people, you know just so that they don't take their things too seriously – so they're not scared. And she just brings more of that to it. That it's not serious, that it is better to make people less afraid, to let them laugh.
G: To ease their fears.
STAR: Yes. And it works.
G: So this guy is living with you now, too?
STAR: No. He's still has his own separate space. This is like a working space. I know there's a room back there that is mine but I can't even see it. It's a big roundish looking room. There's a curved room with the branch, it's very strange. Like it's round.
G: Do you have a dirt floor?
STAR: Yes, it's very natural. It's organic. Some reason it's very dry. Like there's pine needles on the floor or something. It's a nice place. It's nice in there. It smells good.
G: It's a good place for people to come and get healed.
STAR: Yes there's plants and herbs and it smells good. I bring food there when I forage. People just want to stay there because it feels good.
G: It's very connected to everything.
STAR: Yes, it's very natural, feels good. And the thing is there are fields close by so it's not just dark all the time. Because I love the sun, I love the sky. And I liked to look at the sky too then.
Move her ahead to the very last day in that lifetime.
STAR: I'm really old. And the girl is grown and she's there. And the guy is there, too. He's still around. He's okay. He's old. I'm a bit older than him. He's been with me the whole time. We have books on the table. The books are done. There's books on the table, they are beautiful. They are in a stack on the table. There are three of them.
G: You finished your books about the plants -
STAR: And the healing, and the connection and the words and the oneness. It's about the magic of the connection of all these things. I see the connection of the physical world. I'm not spiritual, it's more of an earthly connection, that I'm really here. I feel very peaceful. Like I did what I needed to do and I feel loved and that I had purpose and that I shared what I knew. And this girl knows even more. She knows even more than I've taught.
G: She's adding her own intuition, instincts, education into what you already know.
G: Can you see the books on the table, can you see the names on the books? You said what they were about and that there were three books.
STAR: They're leather. They're thick books. They're bound really nicely. I don't know how we did that but they're bound by hand.
G: So you probably wrote on the pages in ink, maybe sealed them with glue.
STAR: I think so, let me look at the cover. The one cover looks like flowers. That's about plants and flowers. They're carved into the leather or pressed into it so that the leather has the impression of a flower. It doesn't look like it has a title. There's no words on the cover it's just the flowers. Let me look at the other one. I'll move the one on the top. The other one seems to be about the animals and their behaviors. How they interact. It's more about the connection between things. How they function together, how they mesh. It's more about how I see the things, how they go together, what they have in common and how they work together. I figured out that it's essential that they don't act alone. They have each other and they need each other to create this thing that I lived in my whole life. They're really interdependent on each other. Like the one thing does this for the other thing and then that thing does this for that thing.
G: Things that you would never have expected if you hadn't tried living among them.
STAR: Yes, like how important they are.
G: Because they didn't run away from you. They were actually able to live around you and do the things that they normally did.
STAR: And I saw them do things that other people didn't get to see. I saw when they had babies and how they took care of them. And how they built their homes, what they made their home and how important that was.
G: Yes, a lot of people don't usually get to see where the animals live at.
STAR: It's really about that. And the birds, and how the birds help the plants pollinate and all the insects. And just how they do all that stuff, how necessary they are and how every one of them is really important.
G: These books are very important, it will give people a new understanding. Maybe these are things that are like brand new information for them.
STAR: I just wrote it and I don't even know why, just because it needed to be there. And they're still going to write, they're going to keep writing.
G: So can you see what the other book is about? You have the one on the flowers, the one on the animals-
STAR: And they're about the inter-connectedness. The other one is the story of my life. It's just about how it all happened. Its a journal. I write what I learned that day, where I went, who I met, what I learned that day diagnosing a person, what helped somebody.
G: Oh, I see. So it's providing remedies, too.
STAR: Yes, it's just like an account of things that I did and things that I made. Like if I made some kind of herbal thing and if it worked.
G: So you would write about what you used and how you got those things.
STAR: It's just general, like lab notes almost, but it's part journal, part story.
G: Are these books things that would still exist nowadays or have they just long since passed?
STAR: Maybe somewhere. They're sturdy, but maybe they could have been burned. I don't know how acceptable it was. Especially from a female because I don't think that women were allowed to write books. I don't think that they were supposed to have knowledge. They were supposed to be wives and have children and not really ask questions or say anything. Or say if they thought something wasn't right.
G: So you were pretty fortunate to have the family that you did and the friend that you had, the young girl who came and helped you.
STAR: And I think the distance from the town. I think that was the thing. I had a very small life in a way and in another way it was also huge. I only had the two people that I was really close to and my family, but they thought I was a little odd so they liked me but they also didn't understand me so they didn't know how to communicate with me that well.
G: They didn't try to force you to behave differently but they couldn't actually relate to you.
STAR: Yes, I was a female rebel and that was really rare. But I didn't rebel in an outward way. I was just rebelling in this quiet, grounded way. Like I just want to write this stuff down, you know, have fun with it but also share this amazing stuff. Get this stuff out there because people don't know that it's here. I think it was just that – just being there.
G: You were honoring that truth that was inside of you by living that kind of life. It was a very independent life.
STAR: But it was good. It was a good life. I don't feel like anything was overly conflictual. I was just harmonizing with what was there.
G: And really creating a message to share with everybody, too.
STAR: To share that harmony, just if you let yourself live in it. Just to be in it. So I don't feel pain or anything.
G: So you don't feel like you died from a particular physical cause, maybe just that you were old.
STAR: I think I was just done. I feel peaceful. I don't feel awful. I understand that things die because I've been among them for so long.
G: The whole cycle of birth, life, death.
STAR: I mean I don't really want to leave but it's just that there's no more.
G: You understand this body isn't something that you could stay in.
STAR: I feel tired enough and creaky, and you know and things hurt just because I'm old. And maybe I can't see so well anymore and maybe I can't write anymore.
G: I want you to talk to me about what happens after the transition. After you've moved through this and you're up above the body. You've left your physical body. I want you to look around and talk to me about how you're feeling after you've made this transition to leave your body behind you. What does it feel like to you?
STAR: I mostly feel really happy because I feel satisfied because people cared about me. And because I helped people, I can see their reactions now that I'm gone. But they've also connected to the new girl that's there and they feel like they trust her just as much. I feel like I left everything in a nice place. I feel like that's going to be okay for a while. My mate person is sad though and that makes me sad.
G: Even though he knows, it's just hard to let go after it's happened. Very hard to deal with.
STAR: And my mate person, he never really cultivated a lot of other relationships. He was the less social of the two of us. He was more of a quiet person. I was the talker. He would contemplate things. Like go into the woods, way into the woods and you know look at things and just be quiet. Just bring things back.
G: This is going to be hard for him. You were his connection.
STAR: It's a little bit hard to leave him because I feel a little bit responsible. I feel like I'm sad that he's going to be sad or that he's going to be alone.
G: But you understand that it's going to be a part of his job to learn how to conduct himself independently. So you feel responsibility there but you're truly not obligated there, it's only out of love and concern for him that you feel those things. But you're able to let go of him?
STAR: Yeah, and I also feel like he's going to be okay too. I don't feel like he's going to be one of those people that dies of sorrow because he's independent and he likes what he does. We never made our world about each other. We always had our independent things that we did.
G: That's nice that you both were able that to do what you wanted to. You could experience a relationship but you didn't have to take it to a different level, like if you were married and had that relationship to work on also.
STAR: I feel like we just didn't make that the most important thing. Like it was all equal. Like we had our work and helping people and it was all balanced.
G: That would be a nice way to live.
STAR: And I think we became that way just by being there, by being in nature and its balance we just naturally learned how to be balanced. Just by allowing ourselves to be in it.
G: More aware when you were in tune with nature you could see how simple life can be, I think we start to emulate that in our own lives.
STAR: And there's such a richness to it. We didn't need any things. We lived simply but yet it was so beautiful.
G: You guys were living in a land that was so beautiful and you were part of that.
STAR: It was abundant. And I don't think that there was winter there. I don't sense that it was ever really cold. It was pretty temperate. Not tropical or extreme. More like a rainy type of place. More like Oregon or Seattle, someplace like that. The trees were so big. Like so big.
G: A very ancient feeling.
STAR: Just so much wisdom.
G: As you're looking back on that life, what would you say is one of the greatest purposes in that life?
STAR: That you don't have to necessarily go anywhere, that you can grow inward. I didn't go anywhere but I grew inwardly. There's always somewhere to go inwardly. Always something new to learn, something new to share. I didn't have to go anywhere, I was always there. This was home. I knew what home felt like. And I let myself, I didn't try to fit myself in there. I wasn't trying to be anything, I was just being.
G: You had a very natural home and natural terms and observed and kept records.
STAR: And just shared with people- like look at this, try this. And of course people brought me things from the town so I did experience things, but I wasn't seeking them out.
G: And you probably just didn't have a great interest in that either, you were so focused on living in nature. Recording all the information that you did, you didn't feel like you were lacking.
STAR: Yes, I didn't feel like I wasn't missing anything, that there was something better to do over there. It was just contentment.
G: Do you feel like there was anybody in that lifetime that are people that are around you now.
STAR: I feel like that was (her friend), that was him. It felt like him right away. He is like that, very introverted, very earthy, very smart. Not needing to prove it. Just always finding new things. Just being that and not needing any praise about it. Like oh, it's just something that I do.
G: The young girl?
STAR: It feels like (names a friend), that's like how she feels like that young girl, playful, funny, fairy like. She was quite intuitive. She was wise beyond her years. Even as a kid. That's how she impressed me when she came there is that she was a kid but not a kid. She was able to understand these things at a young age. Just to be nurturing. To understand what it is to nurture people. Not from the standpoint of oh you're a woman, you're supposed to be a mother, but just like you feel it from an inner place.
G: When someone comes for help, you just want to alleviate their suffering.
STAR: Yes, because you can. Because it feels good.
G: She'll know what medicines to use, the methods to use thanks to the things that you've taught her.
STAR: And we did our own experiments too. Because she always said well, what about this? What if we do this, what about adding this to that because we hadn't done that.
G: Sounds like a good life.
STAR: It was good. It was good because it was powerful but not in an outward, worldly sort of way. It had nothing to do with that. Probably the number of people that knew about me were very small compared to the number of people.
G: And you were very protected where you were.
STAR: Right. And I guess through the people that came to me I touched other people that were never there.
G: They would travel to you and bring that information and medicine back to where their homes were.
Call in higher self for more information about lifetimes presented:
G: Why did you choose to bring forward the lifetime of the Roman guard who was protecting Caesar?
STAR: So that she could know that what it's like to dedicate one's self to something greater and believe in it fully, that there's no harm in that. And that's a good thing to experience in a lifetime. That it wasn't always the life in any way.
G: So it was about commitment? For her to see that she had a lifetime where she was completely committed to a cause.
STAR: And not to hold on to betrayal. To let it go. That it wasn't about her, or him – it was no reflection on what he did, what happened to him.
G: That that event was bigger, there was nothing he could do to stop that.
STAR: That change is not a failure. That sometimes things have to change that way.
G: Very suddenly, very big. And that event probably had a lot more to do with even the consciousness of the people living at that time.
STAR: It was time for him to be free. He did it. He didn't need to live to be old to learn that. It was not necessary.
G: So he learned the lesson that he needed to learn in that lifetime, so we let go that go into the past because the most important thing is the lifetime that “Star” is living right now. We want her to body to be healed, to be strong and healthy and for her to have a strong sense of guidance, of purpose. We understand and we're very grateful for this lifetime of the young man who was a guard for Caesar being brought forward and all of the wonderful traits he brought in. “Star's” welfare is our main concern and we don't want any harm to come to her. Why did you bring forth the lifetime of the young woman who lived in the woods, working with the young man and the girl?
STAR: For her to know that she could follow her own inner guidance even though society said differently, that woman's roles were something else. To let her know that there's no harm in doing that. In fact, it was the right thing to do. And that it can be peaceful, that it didn't have to be a belligerent or a fighting thing it could be just a quiet commitment. A quiet defiance. Without it being aggressive in any way.
G: Yes, it certainly was a rebellious idea at that time to be a woman who was reading, living alone, didn't get married.
STAR: But yet had a partner.
G: Right. So she definitely learned how to do her own thing by following her instinct but she wasn't a violent person, just the opposite – she promoted healing and was in touch with nature.
STAR: Just to be in harmony.
Went on to discuss the meaning behind some physical ailments that “Star” was experiencing. Addressing childhood headaches that continued:
STAR: The combination of her hitting her head when she was very young, her forehead and because she hit it on the front that it caused some kind of problem, it's like a signal problem. It was the shock that left a part of the brain not communicating the way it was.
G: Has this been healed or can you work on this for her today? I know she would appreciate any assistance for connection with her higher self.
STAR: It's okay now. It's clear. The last step was the work that she did in (a city), there was a brain stem that was leaking.
G: Was she aware of this?
Asked for specific healing for many particular health issues including stomach problems that the higher self said was rooted in the experience from being a guard for Caesar. Asked what would be helpful for her to pursue, noted that her parents who died young were musicians and that she enjoyed singing.
STAR: (Singing) is a great thing, always. That's a great thing for her to do. It releases a lot of her – she holds back things, words and she needs to learn how to use them more. She didn't learn to use her words in those lifetimes. She learned to write them down but now she needs to learn to say them. She needs to speak. She needs to speak. She needs to put them out. She needs to do it in a way that feels fun to her, do it in a way that is light and playful.
G: She was talking about creating some guided meditations. Would that be helpful for her to do?
STAR: That would come straight out of that lifetime as that woman, if she speaks out from that.
G: She could reconnect with the healer, the woman who was so in touch with nature and that would give her the creative insight for doing the meditations.
STAR: It would be really natural.
G: Yes because that was a lifetime that was all about creating, taking the pleasure that she saw in the natural world and sharing that with others.
STAR: I think it would help her to remember what it was like to be near the trees and to be the forest, to be the animals. She needs to remember what it feels like to let herself be natural instead of trying to be something all the time.
G: That's a message that you want her to know-
STAR: Stop trying so hard.
G: Just relax and be natural. That's something that we all need to remember. It's very easy to get overwhelmed and sometimes we need somebody to tell us to just relax and calm down.
STAR: She needs to remember that that woman was who she wanted to be without society telling her that she's supposed to be a certain way. She needs to follow her inner guidance a little more and worry about what people think a little less. It's really about being fun and being natural.
Asked for more insight about relationships she's in right now and advice:
STAR: Remember the balance that existed in that lifetime (of the woman) and that the work is just as important and that it can be shared, and be joyful. It doesn't have to be work. No one is saving anything, just enjoying your own life but also sharing it.
Discussed particular projects, asked what else she could do to help balance her body.
STAR: Take more interest in bringing more new things in all the time. Learning to cook new things. Trying to things just to try them. She tends to get stuck. She's a bit lazy. She needs a constant flow of new information.
G: To keep her invigorated... I'm asking the subconscious for anything additional, to make sure that she knows and remembers.
STAR: The past is the past. Take the lesson and be here now. Just love. Be that.
This was my second session. I still did not have a way of recording sessions, but my client was more curious than interested in healing. QHHT session recordings are invaluable to listen to repeatedly especially for healing. As it turns out, the session was so intense that I doubt she would have ever wanted to listen to it again anyways. The healing that she got was unexpected and instantaneous. I took notes, but as the experience truly was so intense, it is etched into my mind like a scene from a movie.
She stepped right into a battlefield and screamed. The air was thick with smoke, bombs were going off, people were dying on either side of her. She described the scene frantically, just horrified at what she was seeing. I made suggestions that allowed her to remove herself from the scene and just observe. She was shocked to discover that she was a man. She said that she was 19 years old, was wearing a grey uniform with grey buttons and did not have a helmet. She was very angry. She'd been living a good life on a farm. Was quite content there with family and it was a simple, nice life. They called her in to fight this war without proper training or equipment. It was sad to hear "him" say that he did NOT want to be there! "This is not my fight!" I remember her saying repeatedly, and, "They don't care about us! This is just a big game to them and they don't care that my whole life is over now - I know I'm going to die! There is just no way out of this! I was happy where I was, that was my life! And now it's all over!"
The scene that she described was horrifying. But had embedded itself so deeply, that it was difficult to transition. Finally, we were able to move through the moment of her death. There was no moving back to another day as is sometimes possible, to get more details of the life. It wasn't necessary either. The purpose of this session was orchestrated to reveal this moment and that is something that we can always rely on when doing this technique. The client will receive exactly what is important and relevant to them in this life, now.
We asked her subconscious why it chose this particular life. "Anger - it's the source of her underlying anger. She carries a lot of anger and it's heavy." We talked about how we are called upon to play different roles as learning experiences. Most importantly, she was able to see what that experience can do to a soul and to just release all of that. We declared the intention of moving forward, not wanting any of that residue of past trauma to affect her NOW and releasing all of that emotion and anger. It took a long time to work through these emotions, but when it was over, it was obvious. It felt like the air in the room turned from that of a battlefield to a quiet stillness of love.
She stood up and said she felt so much lighter and started laughing. This was such an amazing experience for both of us! We both felt as if we'd walked through a battlefield and here we were, on the other side, and learned so much. Mainly, to release emotions that weigh us down, that love is a much better way of experiencing life.
I was so happy to hear her say that she didn't feel angry anymore, and surprised that she had felt that way before at all. She didn't come across as someone who was angry. She is a very kind, generous, happy fun-loving person. But she said she felt that way a lot, that there was always this underlying ebb of anger, just ready to surface. Now, she said, she felt so much lighter!
This was my first session. "Violet" is a young, married woman who is happy and healthy, just curious about past lives.
Besides being an amazing session, it is interesting to note here that the following is written by her. We did not record the session. I took notes and was able to introduce a bit more detail, but she remembered everything. This is a great example of how it is not necessary for a person to go into the deepest state of trance, to access information.
And here we go:
"I see a blue sky with thin scattered clouds. It is a flat plain with some grass and sand. There are tall trees like the ones in an African plain. I am very warm but not hot. The sun is shining. When I look at myself I am about 18 years old. I have darker blonde hair, it is long and pulled into a messy bun. Strands of my hair are falling around my face, blowing in a light breeze. I am wearing cut-off jean shorts and a blue t-shirt. I have sandals on my feet. Over towards the right there are a group of trees that form a tunnel with a pathway. It is very dark. Georgie asks me if I am able to go towards the tunnel but I am not able to move. I am only able to stare. I feel nervous and scared. I am not allowed to enter this tunnel. I feel like this tunnel is important, that there is something through there that is very meaningful to me but that I am not able to experience it yet.
Georgie asks me to back up two days. (this ends up being another life)
I am sitting at a kitchen table. It is very thick dark wood. There is a braided rug under the table. It is orange and green. There is a window behind me and kitchen in front of me with a counter and stove. There are shelves above the counter with cups and plates on them. The walls are a creamy yellow and there is a lot of wood, like I am in a small cottage. I feel like I am being punished for something. I know my family is outside. When I go to the front door I see a lot of big rolling hills, (Ireland?) there are two horses on my right in a pen, and some sheep on my left in another pen.
My brothers run by sword fighting with sticks. The older one has light brown hair, the younger one has blonde hair. They are wearing overalls with a white button up shirt and they are barefoot. Georgie asks me to look at myself. I am about 8 years old. I am a girl, with long braided pig tails down each of my shoulders. I am wearing a pink floral dress and am also barefoot. Georgie asks me to go around the back of the house. My mother is hanging laundry on a clothes line. She is wearing a white dress with a blue apron, she is plump with long brown hair in a braid down her back. I do not know where my father is.
Georgie asks me to try the woods again with the tunnel. I am not allowed to move through that lifetime. Georgie asks me to move ahead again.
I am in an apartment. I live alone. I feel as if I am in London. When I look at myself I am in my mid to late twenties. I have brown hair and blue eyes, I am skinny and tall. I am wearing dark colored jeans a white t-shirt and a black blazer. My apartment has a couch and lots of bookshelves with many many books. I also have a bicycle near the stairs. I am trying to gather my bag and keys and get somewhere important. I feel like I am running late and where I am going is very important. There are a lot of papers and folders I grab off the counter and put in my bag. I do not have a car. I need to take public transportation.
When I walk outside there is a 4 way intersection. A park is on my left with a fence and benches, lots of trees and people walking their dogs, there are buildings on my right. There is a traffic light in the center with cars, bicycles, and scooters, and mopeds all zooming by. Across the street in front of me is a subway station. That is where I am supposed to go. Georgie asks me my name, I tell her it could be Cheryl or something like that. She asks me to look at the papers in my bag. I take a second and sit on a bench just outside the park and look at the papers. I can tell there is a lot of research, many charts and grafts, numbers. They seem to have some chemistry in them as well. I feel like I have put a lot of time and energy into this research. I don’t remember the train ride but I arrive at a brick building.
There are stairs leading up to big blue doors. There is a gold plaque on the right side of the doors. There is a church in the background to the left of the building. I don't have to knock on the doors I am able to just walk right in. there is a large auditorium with a lot of people sitting in seats. I realize they are all waiting for me to present my research.
There is a large screen that projects images for the audience and a podium. I stand behind the podium. I am so nervous but know that what I am about to say is going to change the lives of so many people. I take a deep breath and start to present my research. It comes out of me so fluently and naturally. I speak about purifying water for the entire planet. I am able to remember conducting some experiments with petri dishes and microscopes. I have come up with a concept and need others to help me put my plan into action. Everyone has loved my presentation.
There is an older gentleman that is eager to talk with me. We walk to the back of the auditorium. He is middle-eastern, in his sixties, gray and white hair, glasses, slightly overweight. He is wearing a tan suit, white and blue striped shirt, and a green tie. He has questions for me so we set up a meeting. Georgie asks me to move ahead to the last day of this life.
I am ninety five years old. I am sitting in a rocking chair in an upstairs bedroom. I have a shawl draped around my shoulders and a quilt on my lap. I am wearing a gray dress. I have long silver hair. I am looking out the window reminiscing on my life and my accomplishments. I have a son and daughter who are downstairs making lunch. My three grand kids, two boys one girl, are in the bedroom next to me sitting on a rug playing with trains and blocks. I am overwhelmed with the feeling of love. I am very blessed with everything I have in this life. The world seems cleaner, the air more crisp, the vegetation more vibrant.
I am sad to leave my family but know they are loved and have each other. I leave my body, I am smiling down on my family, I can see them all in the different areas of the house as I move upward toward the sky. The further I get from earth the darker everything becomes. I am transitioning into a purple and green spirit.
I see two stars, one to my left the other just in front of me. I say hello, and know that I am home. I am so relaxed and feel so peaceful and pure. I can breathe effortlessly, everything seems right and perfect. ( I can see other stars all around me, earth is far away but down towards my right. I can see other planets but no details)
Georgie asks me to move on to another time.
It is sunny. There is a pond with a path to the right of it, there is a gathering of trees just beyond the pond and the path goes through the trees. On the pond is a canoe with an older man and young boy fishing. They wave and smile at me. I do the same. When I look at myself I am around sixteen years old. I am wearing a long light green dress. I have blonde hair and am tall. I start walking down the path through the trees.
There are many birds singing their songs, and small critters running around, some of the birds are red and blue. There are large boulders and fallen trees throughout the forest. I feel like I have been walking for a long time. It is starting to get darker. As I emerge from the forest there is a large stone wall. It was around twenty feet high. There is also an iron gate. There are torches lining the wall and gate for as far as I can see in both directions. I am able to walk right through the gate. The road continues. There is a large open space, no trees, just grass and hills. At the top of the highest hill sits a magnificent castle. It is made of stone. I am also able to walk right through the castle doors.
There are servants walking around doing their work. No one looks happy, everyone looks scared, or sad, or downright miserable. The seem like they feel stuck and made to do their work. Like they are unappreciated. I walk up a set of stairs, there are books lining the walls, there is a large window overlooking a garden. On either side of the window are long purple curtains. At the top of the stairs is a long hallway. Many doors are on either side. I am supposed to go see someone.
I go through a door on my left and there is a man sitting on a throne. He is a king and he is my grandfather. He is not a nice man. He is frowning. I am not pleased to see him. He is very controlling and manipulates everyone in his village. He makes me feel angry, scared, and like something is missing in my life. He hands me an apple and tells me to take it to a woman in the village. I don't want to I know this apple is part of a plan to hurt people. I have no choice but to deliver this apple. I walk through the village to the woman’s house. She is mean and snatches the apple from me. I do not like her. I start walking through town to go see my friend. She is an older woman with long gray hair in braids. She invites me into her house to have a treat. She has some muffins for me. She always makes me feel happy and loved. She is the only one in my life that makes me feel good. She is my family.
She tells me I am a good person with a great big heart and that one day when the time is right I will do good by all the villagers. She tells me I need to stay positive, one day things will change. She hands me a locket, it is gold and shaped like a book. I am not to open the locket for a long time. A year or two. My friend had died by the time I am allowed to open the locket. I am in my room by myself. I open the locket and a green orb of light floats out in front of me. I can reach out and hold this orb of light. It feels so strong and safe. I hold the light to my chest and it becomes a part of me. I am to start this part of my journey on my own. Georgie asks me to move along to the last day in this life.
I am now the queen of the kingdom. All of the villagers are surrounding the castle. They are here to say goodbye. Everyone is grateful for all of my love and compassion. For always treating everyone as equals. I have no relatives but my kingdom is my family. I am alone in my room on my bed when I die. The bed is large with red and purple fabrics, white netting hangs from the ceiling. I die knowing I have done good to unify my kingdom. I am satisfied with this life.
As I leave my body I float toward the stars. I am purple with a hint of green and white in my center. I have my two stars and know I am home.
Georgie asks me to go to another life.
I see snow. I am moving through these large snowy mountains at a fast pace. I have a sled with sled dogs. There are nine of them. I love them very much but they are my work dogs. I have a package on my sled that I am taking home to my family. I am a man, an Eskimo man. I am very very large, tall with lots of muscles. I have dark brown hair with brown eyes, I am wearing animal skins and furs as my clothing. I am around thirty five years old. I come to my house which sits in a valley between mountains, I have a small cottage. When I arrive home I put the dogs in the pen and give them food and water and inspect them for injuries.
My cottage is small with an open bottom floor, there is a kitchen on the left, a living room on the right and a small cot in the rear of the living room. There is a loft upstairs where the kids sleep. I have a wife and two kids. One girl around four and one boy around six. They all greet me with hugs and kisses as I walk in the door. I present the package to my family. My wife is very happy. It is food and she prepares it in the kitchen.
My daughter has a birthday, many friends and family come over to celebrate. My daughter is beautiful, she has dark hair that comes just past her shoulders. It is thick and straight. She has the biggest most contagious smile I have ever seen, with rosy cheeks and creamy olive skin. I feel like I can keep her in my arms forever. She has so much love to give and I want to soak it all up. Someone has brought her a doll with button eyes. She goes and plays on the floor with her brother and friends. They are sitting on a green rope rug. Georgie asks me to move forward to an important day.
There is a battle. Me and other men from my village are walking to a place in the mountains where there is not as much snow to fight. There are a lot of rocks. We see the men we are supposed to fight. They look like us, they want to take over our land. They are spiteful and evil. If we don't win they will kill everyone we know. We have axes and spears as weapons.
We fight for a very long time and expel all of our energy, many of my villagers are dying but the remaining are staying strong. After a while we end up winning the battle. I am able to go home to my family and enjoy my life. Georgie asks me to go to the last day of this life. I am laying on the cot in my house. My family is surrounding me. My kids are older, it is maybe 15 years later. I am sick from an infection that is not able to heal. My family is ok.
They have each other and can conquer all!!!
I go to my stars.
1. I have a dark past. One day I will be able to see this life and discover the meaning behind it. But for right now I am not ready to experience it. It is not time.
2. I am not sure what was to come from me as a little girl in Ireland.
3. Helping earth. I am able to help come up with a concept that helps all of earths inhabitants, people, animals, plants, bugs.
4. Unification. The ability to come together as one and help each other. Treat everyone as equals, always want to help one another, not being selfish.
5. Safety. Keeping family and the ones you love safe. Providing for your family. Family is very important.
The banner on the top of this page is a picture my daughter took of the sun reflected in a small mud puddle. It's brilliant! It's the kind of scene that draws me in, as an artist's rendition of an event or an object does when what is familiar becomes unique. Perhaps, because it's a reminder of perspective.
After the wonderment of childhood - the innocence of youth has passed, we've added filters that, albeit necessary for survival, cloud our vision. We may appreciate the beauty of nature but have become too busy to enjoy it as we race around to "beat the clock," and avoid another scolding for dilly-dallying or lecture on how being late is disrespectful.
We mature and fall into line with whatever cultural belief system is relevant in our society that provides a venue for food and shelter. But, we can become so enmeshed in this concept that we mistake it for who we are - it becomes us and our life purpose shifts from honoring our instincts, to measuring ourselves by the standards we've been exposed to.
It's after we've seen through the facade of fleeting happiness and success that we can truly experience joy.
We learn that we can survive more than we ever thought we could and to find joy in this, we must abandon any self-imposed rules that said things had to be done or must go a certain way. For if we continue to judge ourselves according to old belief systems that we adopted, or have outgrown, we develop guilt and shame.
Learning to love ourselves is the greatest gift of all. By learning to forgive ourselves for our perceived faults or shortcomings, we become incapable of judging others. We become grateful to the people who have uplifted us and realize that this love and encouragement may not have been part of others' lives. We begin to see through anger, hurt, resentment or revenge when we can attach meaning to whatever has affected us in a way that we interpret as negative or threatening. Every day we have the opportunity to become what we desire our world to be.
One of the most amazing things about experiencing a Quantum Healing is learning about past lives. Although some will request a session primarily for healing, the source of the problem - its root cause - might not be from this lifetime.
I had two QHHT sessions prior to becoming a practitioner. What I discovered in my sessions was amazing. I experienced three different lifetimes in each session. By what was shown to me, and following the guidance that I received, I among a long list of benefits, was healed from uterine fibroids.
The idea of having lived lives before the one that you're in right now may be new to you. If so, maybe sharing my experience will be helpful.
I grew up in the seventies and eighties in a very small town in the hills of northwestern Pennsylvania, in a predominantly Polish and Italian immigrant community. There was not a lot of mingling with different cultures. Local Christians, and there were plenty of different denominations - weren't talking about past lives.
When I was a teenager, my three-year-old brother would talk about his "children." He laughed so hard once remembering when his son dumped a can of paint all over himself that I could only listen in amazement. His sincerity was apparent. Once, we took a long road trip through the Sinnemahoning area, forty miles from our home, and stopped at a roadside rest we'd never visited before. He would not get out of the car because he said his son died there. He was crying so hard and just wanted to leave. I noticed stone steps that led into the woods and went to a small clearing at the top and there was a small metal plaque, honoring the firefighters who'd died there fighting a fire. I wrote down the names and later, did a little investigating. He also spoke of living in the stars and drew pictures of his home. He was very upset when I did not name my firstborn "Cosmo."
I was in my early twenties when a friend introduced me to books written by Edgar Cayce, who founded The Association for Research and Enlightenment http://www.edgarcayce.org/. I was fascinated that Cayce was able to access information in a sleep-like trance that revealed a spiritual world where God, our creator, was full of love, inspiration, compassion and healing with no regard to gender, nationality, or any other individuality that could be denoted into a prejudice. I couldn't understand why it wasn't shouted from the rooftops! Especially after enough time had passed (he did the majority of his work in the 1940s and 50s) that events that he'd spoken of, very specifically, had happened. How had this escaped mainstream media? I couldn't understand how something so substantial could be suppressed! Regardless of one's religious affiliation, here was scientific evidence of healing diseases!
But part of the reason his information was suppressed (other than the glaring truth of bankrupting certain medicinal corporations) was that his sessions eventually contained reference of past lives. When he started getting information about past lives, some of his supporters declared that he was not following "God," suggested that his messages were from an opposite source, evil. Here was a man who'd read the Bible many times as a child and then throughout his life, was raised on a farm as a southern Baptist with a strong family membership and remained a devout follower of Jesus Christ, condemned for accusations of following a "dark" agenda because he spoke of former lives. He refused monetary compensation for his readings, instead relying on his career as a photographer to support his family.
He was just as baffled as the rest of them when the messages he got turned into references of past lives. Initially, he questioned the information also and the source. He devoted himself to prayerfully resolving this and saw that it was easily reconciled to the teachings of Jesus. What he discovered is documented in his biography, "There Is A River."
As it turned out, there had been plenty of information regarding reincarnation documented for centuries.
However, Dolores Cannon, the woman who initiated QHHT, went through a similar experience. She spoke about the difficulties of her family enduring the same accusations of being "evil" and doing the work of the devil.
She began her work as a hypnotist working alongside her husband to help people break bad habits. Their discovery of what a woman spoke of when regressed before her birth was just as overwhelming to them as Cayce's was to him. They researched her story and found evidence to confirm the details she'd given of the time period that she was experiencing. Cannon continued to do this research of corroborating evidence. Cannon's book, "Five Lives Remembered," details her work as a hypnotist and particularly this woman's case, http://www.dolorescannon.com/book/five-lives-remembered
If one is inclined to prove reincarnation or disprove it, there is plenty of evidence to support either case. I could relate many stories to you, all researched documented cases including a three-year-old boy who gave details of the home he lived in his previous lifetime that was an a different continent; a child who told authorities where his former body was buried, as he'd been murdered... But all and all, it really comes down to resolving the matter through one's own heart. Ask yourself if it's possible that you are much more than you think that you are. It all begins by believing in yourself, knowing that you truly have all the answers inside you.
